This program is available to all applicants for their primary year-round residence, regardless of income level.Must meet all of the following criteria:
-PEI residents
-Home must be a primary year-round residence
-Applicants must be the registered owners of the property being upgraded
-Not available to new home construction, businesses, rental, seasonal, or recreational properties

Full-time PEI residents who want to upgrade their internet service to their primary residence and one of following applies:
-The only available service is low speed internet (below 50 / 10 Mbps)
-Broadband service exists, but is unavailable at the residence due to obstruction of the signal
-No internet service is available-The property owner or leaseholder with the owner's approval

Household has an after-tax income at or below the median * House must be owned primary resident and their home is oil-heated as of January 2023

Open to all

Must:
-Be a PEI resident (have a PEI Health Card) and a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident 60 years or older
-Have applied to the PEI Renovation Program

Must:
-Be 60 years and older at the time of application
-Be a PEI resident (have a PEI Health Card) and a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
-Have applied to the PEI Home Renovation Program

Must:
-Be a PEI resident (have a PEI Health Card) and a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
-Have a combined income is $50,000 or less
-Currently reside in the property and it be your principle residence
-Be the owner of the property or have a life interest in the property
-Property valued at $300,000 or less
-Have not met the maximum grant through previous applications to the PEI Home Renovation Programs
