Youth section is for ages 10-30 years (approximately).

Programs for kids ages 10 years or under, can be found in the Children and Families section.

  • Advocacy and Legal Help

    Services that provide a voice for the rights and interests of youth, such as information, referral and representation services.

  • Counselling and Support Groups

    Peer support, help lines and counselling services for those ages approximately 30 years or younger.

  • Employment

    Programs to help youth gain employment or employability skills. Includes federal and provincial job programs, career counselling, job search assistance, volunteer or paid work experiences, and job training.

  • Programs

    Social, cultural, sport, and recreation programs targeted to youth approximately ages 10 to 30 years. Some programs are for youth with specific needs or challenges.
