    A drop-in for people to socialize and participate in activities. Offers a free hot meal, computer access, craft activities, life skills activities, mentoring and discipleship.
  4. Offers a free social gathering for older adults ages 50 years and older to prepare and enjoy meals together, with some food to take home. Participants also have an opportunity to learn dance movements that don't require a partner.
  5. Little ChefsProvided by: Cap Enfants Î-P-É - AKA: Children's Action Coalition; Le Centre Cap
    Provides a cooking class for parents/guardians and their children to learn to cook healthy meals together.
  6. Provides a monthly free community meal.
