Provides free insulation to eligible applicants.
Access PEI connects homeowners with contractors who will install the insulation.
Note: Households who have already applied for a free heat pump do not need to apply; staff will be in contact to help with updates to the application.

Eligibility:
Individuals with a family income below $55,000 and a home assessed for taxes at less than $300,000 * It must be your principle residence

Complete online application or call Access PEI to book an appointment to help with the application
Documents Required:
Proof of income from July GST Credit Notice (both pages) * Proof of tax assessed property value
