Students * Ages 0-21 years * Diagnosis from a licenced eye specialist within the last 12 months * Reduced or variable visual activity due to eye condition, environmental factors or visual fatigue or limited ability to visually access the full range of program-appropriate media and materials

You must be:
-Blind, Deafblind, or have low vision (Example: best corrected visual acuity of 20/70" and/or you have a visual field of 20 degrees or narrower)
-A Canadian citizen or have held landed immigrant status for one year prior to the date of application
-A university graduate who is pursuing a Master's degree
-Planning to study at a Canadian university, or a foreign university where a commitment to return to Canada is expressed
-Having a high academic standing with demonstrated superior intellectual ability and judgment

Students * Ages 0-21 * Diagnosis by an audiologist within the last 12 months as having a slight hearing loss or greater in the better ear which is not reversible in a reasonable period of time and for which amplification is prescribed or having singled-sided deafness

Young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders before entering school

Provisional diagnosis of any of the above will be accepted for referral and placement on the waitlist but diagnosis must be confirmed in writing prior to beginning of services.

Individuals with disabilities * Ages 18 years and older * Must be a client of TAJ Day Program

Individuals with disabilities * Ages 14 years and older * Must be a client of TAJ Day Program

Public library card holders who have a visual, learning or physical disability that impairs their ability to read print materials

People unable to visit the library due to any of the following: Physical disability * Restricted mobility * Chronic condition * Recovering from surgery or illness
