Service Description
Public library card holders with disabilities affecting their ability to read print materials have access to the Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA) collection. Books and other resources are available as downloads or can be borrowed and mailed to the person's home. Resources include:
- Downloadable books, magazines and other materials
- DAISY talking books and magazines downloadable directly to player or mobile device (both audio and accessible text are available)
- DAISY audio books and magazines on CD by mail
- Braille book by mail
- Printbraille (children's picture books with braille added) by mail

Public library card holders who have a visual, learning or physical disability that impairs their ability to read regular print materials
