Residents of Canada with a confirmed diagnosis of MS who meet the low income cut-off (LICO) * Assessment of need by a healthcare professional

Injured workers or their families who are not satisfied with the outcome of their WCB claim * Applications for reconsideration must be submitted within 90 days of the decision date

Applicants must meet the following:
-Be the parents/guardian of a child under age 19 who is a patient at the IWK Health Centre or another medical facility in Halifax for an appointment, treatment, surgery, or other medical reason.
-Live a minimum of 80 km away from the House (under extenuating circumstances, shorter distances may be approved)
-First time stays need to be referred by hospital staff (social worker, doctor or nurse)
