Service Description

Provides confidential and supportive reproductive and sexual health care to Islanders of all genders, orientations and ages. Please note some services may only be available at a specific location.

Sexual health services include:
  • Sexual health education and counseling
  • Sexually transmitted infection screening and treatment
  • Birth control counseling and prescriptions
  • Pregnancy counseling, testing and support
  • Abortion services (medical and surgical)
  • PrEP and PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis)
Reproductive health services include:
  • An initial fertility assessment for couples without a primary care provider
  • Prenatal care for individuals without a primary care provider
  • Menopause counseling and care for individuals without a primary care provider
  • Maternal (perinatal and postpartum) mental health services
  • Pregnancy loss counseling
  • Pap/pelvic exams

Individuals with a family doctor or nurse practitioner: Referral is required for those seeking menopause, infertility services or have gynecological concerns Individuals without a family doctor: For those seeking prenatal care, contact the Patient Registry program at 1-855-563-2101 or fill out form online * For those seeking menopause or infertility services, a referral is not required - call 1-844-365-8258 to access services.All other sexual health and reproductive services do not require a referral - call to book an appointment
