Sleep Apnea Refurbishment Program

Service Description
Provides previously owned CPAP and BiPAP machines to low-income patients who suffer from sleep apnea but are unable to afford the machines.
Donations of CPAP abd BiPAP machines accepted.

Information
Eligibility:
-Have a prescription for a CPAP or BiPAP machine from a sleep specialist
-Do not have private health insurance that covers the cost of OSA treatment
-Agree to have the machine calibrated to the individual's needs by a sleep specialist
-Commit to maintaining treatment
-Commit to returning the machine if they are not using it, or are able to access a new one
-Earn below a designated income
-Sign a contract with the PEI Lung Association agreeing to these commitments
