Individuals with a family income below $55,000 and a home assessed for taxes at less than $300,000 * It must be your principle residence

Resident of PEI * Registered owner(s) of the property being upgraded * Live in the property to be upgraded as their year-round primary residence * Be pre-approved under one of the following efficiencyPEI programs:
-Energy Efficient Equipment Rebate
-Home Insulation Rebate
-Energy Efficiency Loan Program for Solar Photovoltaic Equipment

Applicants must meet all of the following:
-At least one applicant is a Canadian citizen
-First time home buyer
-Total household income is $95,000 or less
-Purchase price of home is no more than $350,000
-Property is on PEI
-Does not have financial ability to pay five percent of the purchase price without assistance from this program
-Have a satisfactory credit rating
-Purchased property must be the applicant's principal residence, and be owner occupied as a single family dwelling

Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
-At least one of the applicants is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada and the Applicant is a resident of PEI
-The Applicant is a first-time home buyer (as defined by the Real Property Transfer Tax Act)
-The total annual household income must be $100,000 or less in based on line 15000 from the Canada Revenue Agency "Notice of Assessment"
-Confirmation of income must be provided by way of a Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency for the previous taxation year
-Purchase price of the home may not exceed $350,000
-The property being purchased is in PEI, must be owner-occupied, and constitutes the applicant's principal residence as a single-family dwelling, with no portion of the dwelling being rented out
-The closing date for the property purchased occurred on or after December 1, 2023

Must be a Canadian homeowner or represent an Indigenous government or organization
