Service Description

Provides grants up to $5000 to eligible homeowners to make their primary resident homes more energy-efficient. Additional $600 will be provided for mandatory pre- and post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluations. At least one of upgrades listed in the evaluation report is to be completed to access to the grant. Interest free loan for upgrades are available up to $40,000.

Eligible upgrades include:
  • Home insulation
  • Air-sealing
  • Windows and doors
  • Thermostat
  • Space and water heating
