Provides a free heat pump and installation services to eligible applicants.
Access PEI connects homeowners with contractors who will set-up an appointment to do an initial assessment of the home. Contractors have a list of eligible heat pumps covered under this program and are paid directly by government.

Eligibility:
Must meet all of the following criteria:-Applicants must be the primary resident and owner of the home-Have a household net income below $100,000 (applicant and spouse/partner)-Home must be eligible - detached, duplex/semi-detached, condominium or mobile home - and must be connected to the electrical grid

Current Proof of Income Statement from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for applicant and spouse/common-law partner * GST Credit Notice showing address, family net income, marital status and province of residence * Current Canada Child Benefit Statement from CRA
