Provides online and in-person trauma skills groups for women, non-binary people, and individuals with lived experience who want to better understand the impact of trauma and learn practical tools to support their everyday wellbeing, without having to revisit or share personal experiences. Provides a closed, weekly support group for men-identifying adults. The group consists of eight to 12 participants and meets for 10 sessions with consistent membership throughout the program. Facilitated by a male therapist, the group offers opportunities to build peer connections, increase understanding of the impacts of trauma, and engage in mutual support within a structured environment. Sharing personal trauma experiences is not required for participation. Includes:
Provides in-person, online and phone navigation support for individuals impacted by sexual assault in advocating for themselves, finding their voice, and accessing the services they need on their own terms. Supports include:
Provides an in-person support group for women and non-binary individuals affected by sexual violence who are seeking healing, connection with others, and opportunities to practice trauma-processing tools in a supportive group setting. Includes:
Note: Sharing is invited but not required, and everyone is encouraged to take care of their own needs.
Provides an one-on-one trauma-informed counselling service for youth ages 12 to 18 years who have experienced sexual violence. The program uses a structured, time-limited approach designed to support emotional regulation, coping skill development, and recovery from the impacts of trauma.

Therapy is delivered at a pace that aligns with each youth's readiness and therapeutic goals. Participation does not require discussion of traumatic experiences before the youth is prepared to do so.
Services are offered in structured rounds of up to 20 sessions, followed by a planned pause to support integration of learning and progress. Additional services may be available based on individual needs and program capacity.
