Assists individuals with consolidating unsecured debts into a single monthly payment over the phone or virtually. Credit counsellors may work with creditors to negotiate reduced or waived interest where available. The program administrator distributes payments to creditors on the client's behalf, which can simplify debt repayment by reducing the number of payments and due dates to manage.

In addition to debt repayment support, participants receive financial counselling and education focused on budgeting, money management, and strategies for maintaining long-term financial stability.
