Provides short-term support for individuals and families at risk of homelessness due to unexpected housing challenges, offering financial assistance and essential services. Program caseworkers assess immediate needs and work with clients over a three-month period to provide support, including:

• Maintaining housing
• Building budgeting skills
• Seeking employment
• Developing other life skills needed for long-term stability

Services are available in rural and remote areas of Epekwitk / PEI, including Rural Queens County, Kings County, and Prince County.

This program aims to support individuals with a short-term need. Individuals who seek long-term solutions will be referred to Wrap Around Housing program.

Offers free tax preparation year-round.

Assists veterans and their families who are homeless or at risk of impending homelessness by providing a case worker who can support them in attaining life stabilization.

Promotes housing stability for individuals/families by developing case plans, teaching self-sufficiency and offering life skills development. Connects participants to the community through available resources. Services include:
