One-on-one tutoring program offered year-round for students with reading difficulties including dyslexia. Tutoring is offered online or at various Island locations. Tutoring is not offered in person at private homes. Current information about the program can be found on the website or by contacting the association.

Supports Epekwitnewaq Mi'kmaq students reach their full potential by encouraging academic, cultural, and social growth from Early years to grade 12. Education Program staff work closely with administrators, teachers, and staff of John J. Sark Memorial School, Westisle Family of Schools, Bluefield Family of Schools, and Morell Family of Schools to address the unique needs of First Nations students. Areas of focus include:
One-on-one math tutoring for students with diagnosed or undiagnosed learning disabilities, including dyscalculia or general difficulty with math. The program is tailored to each student's individual math ability level.
