Provides personalized support for individuals with vision loss. Services include:
Client Navigation: Once referred, individuals are matched with a client navigator who conducts an assessment to help identify and achieve their personal goals.
Primary Services: The first line of support for clients. Focusing on functional needs, these services target primary, short-term independence goals, such as using residual vision for daily tasks, reading medication labels, pouring liquids, and navigating indoors.
Specialized Services: These services help individuals achieve long-term and advanced independence goals, such as learning to be fully independent at home and navigating the world with skill and confidence.
