Provides a support group for grandparents who are raising their grandchildren. Meetings are held in Cornwall and Summerside.

Provides home visits for parents of young children who need support.

• Information sessions about the Public School System (policies, discipline, books, food, weather delays/closures, buses)

Provides a weekly five session infant massage class that is facilitated by a certified ECE and IAIM infant massage instructor.

Provides a navigation layer across the systems that kinship families may need to use. Includes:

Program coordinators screenparticipants for the program and ensure that co-parents are not in the samegroup.

• Supervised parenting time so a child can spend time with their parent in a safe environment
• Supervised drop-offs and pick-ups to reduce risks of conflict when children move from one household to another
  

Provide a support group for parents and caregivers of children with learning disabilities to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Guided by a build-it-together approach, topics are shaped by families' interests and may include guest speakers, discussions, or group activities. Meetings are held monthly in Charlottetown and Summerside.
