Provides free and immediate mental health counselling to help with anxiety, as well as life events causing stress or other mental health issues. Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis, but visitors will be connected with a counsellor as soon as possible. Provides an 8-week cognitive behaviour educational program to help individuals learn skills to control, face, deal with anxiety, and change negative ways of thinking and behaving.
Offered through weekly telephone support through one-on-one coaching or group-based programming with other adults who share similar challenges. A handbook or online access to written material, positive notes, videos, trackers, supporter information and audio is provided.
