24 week employment and skills training program. The first 12 weeks are in class and the second 12 weeks are on-the-job training. Program includes:

• Exploring personal strengths
• Developing life-skills

• Effective communication
• Budgeting
• Personal learning styles that can be applied to everyday life
• Effective resume writing, job searching, and interviewing skills
• Presentations from people in various careers
• Opportunities to become a full-time employee or to gain a better understanding of what education is required to obtain full-time employment

Provides a list of available volunteer opportunities within Epekwitk / PEI.

Provides a summer business and entrepreneurship program for youth. Designed to to assist youth to discover more about the world of business and help them get started in a business of their own.

Workshops teach basic business skills such as record keeping, marketing, customer service, and public speaking skills. Participants can also have the chance to receive a non-repayable grant in exchange for their participation in the program.

Aims to support youth ages 16 to 24 years in achieving housing stability, independence, and long-term well-being through individualized, youth-centered support. Includes:

• Individualized case management and personalized action plans
• Housing search assistance and landlord engagement
• Life skills development and independent living support
• Advocacy and referrals to community resources
• Connections to education, employment, financial literacy, and wellness services

Using a strengths-based approach, the program provides case management, advocacy, housing support, and connections to community resources to help young people build self-sufficiency, resilience, and a stable foundation for their future.
