Provides emergency medical services, patient transfer services, and land ambulance services across Epekwitk / PEI and to appointments in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
Note:
- A referral is not required to arrange transportation to scheduled medical appointments at clinics and hospitals
- Fees do apply for services. Emergency service is fully covered for Island residents who are 65 years and older
- Fees are covered for ground ambulance to Halifax, St. John, Fredericton, and Moncton if a PEI resident is an inpatient with a physician referral for service
- Air ambulance fees are covered for PEI residents. See website for details on fees.
