Assists survivors of spinal cord injury and people living with physical disabilities to achieve independence, self-reliance, and full community participation through peer support, community advocacy, and being a resource base. Also provides accessibility auditing to businesses.

Provides a 10-week seated fitness program to improve the emotional well being and physical fitness for people with mobility disorders and neuromuscular disorder. The program is offered in Charlottetown, Summerside, Montague and Tyne Valley.

An Online breathing program is available upon registration.
