Provides a free voluntary property assessment for residents who seek to determine and mitigate their home and property's risk to wildfire. An assessment is conducted by a formally trained assessor.

Provides grants up to $10,000 to eligible homeowners to make their primary resident homes more energy-efficient. Additional $600 will be provided for mandatory pre- and post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluations. At least one of upgrades listed in the evaluation report is to be completed to access to the grant.
