Provides free and immediate mental health counselling to help with anxiety, as well as life events causing stress or other mental health issues. Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis, but visitors will be connected with a counsellor as soon as possible. Provides free and confidential counselling services to farmers, fishers, and their families. By calling, they will first be connected with a professional counsellor, share the issues or concerns they are facing, and then schedule a face-to-face appointment for a counselling session.
