Provides in-person and online workshop on how to prevent and respond to child sexual abuse. The workshop is evidence-based educational workshop that is developed in conjunction with researchers at the University of Alberta.
  • Online: three hours live facilitator led interactive workshop and 90 minutes non-live own paced workshop are available
  • In-person: Groups of 10-30 people can arrange a group booking and host the workshop at their location. A facilitator can be requested.
Participants receive a comprehensive workbook and a certificate of completion.

Provides free and immediate mental health counselling to help with anxiety, as well as life events causing stress or other mental health issues. Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis, but visitors will be connected with a counsellor as soon as possible.
