Online service that provides free legal information, form-filling services, and referrals in a trans-positive and inclusive space.
Law students and lawyer volunteers assist trans and gender diverse individuals with obtaining new pieces of identification. Includes:
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- Driver's licence
- Medicare card
- SIN number
- Newcomer documents
- Student ID (name only)
Program provided in partnership with Imprint Youth Association.
- Applicable laws and legal reporting procedures
- Educational materials on learn, act and heal
- Trauma-informed digital training around workplace
- Mental health support services and resources
- Legal information
- Access to free legal advice from a trauma-informed lawyer for up to four hours
- Support navigating the justice system
- Referrals to relevant community services

Helps tenants and landlords in Epekwitk / PEI by providing legal information, referrals, and support during the rental hearing process. A guide for tenants and landlords renting on Epekwitk / PEI is available through the website. Topics include:

Provides notification from the Government of Canada about important information such as an emergency, natural disaster and civil unrest abroad to individuals who have registered.
Provides online and print legal information about a variety of subjects. Includes:
- Criminal law
- Family law (including divorce, parenting time, decision-making responsibility, child support, and separation of assets)
- Going to court
- Health and the law
- Housing and property
- Wills, estates, and planning ahead
- Youth and the law
Information includes:
- How to contact websites and online services to request an image/video be removed
- Guidance on involving a safe adult
- Importance of self-care
- Recognizing when things have gone too far
Offers a 45-minute consultation with a lawyer for legal information and general advice. The lawyer will assess if there's a legal issue, explain the process, timeline, and costs. They cannot prepare documents or represent the client. If further work is needed and agreed upon, additional fees apply.
