Includes: Upskilling for workplace or career goals Getting a high school equivalency (CAEC) Passing a Canadian Red Seal test (Challenger) Preparing for other industry certifications (TOWES)
Eligibility:	Eligible candidates must be: -Ages 18 years and older and out of school for one year -A resident of Canada -Unemployed or underemployed -Working part time or full time -Facing personal barriers in meeting work expectations or educational goals -Motivated and open to learning new things
