Closing Cost Support Program Provided by: Government of Prince Edward Island - Department of Housing and Communities - AKA: Housing, Land and Communities (former name)

Helps to cover a portion of the closing cost on first home purchase of eligible individuals who live in Epekwitk / PEI. Eligible applicants can apply to receive a contribution of up to $2,500 to support the closing costs of the purchase.
