Eligibility:	PEI homeowners with a family income below $55,000 and a home assessed for taxes at less than $300,000 * It must be your principle residence
Fees:	No fees
How to Access:	Apply in-person at any Access PEI (Calling ahead to make an appointment is highly recommended) * If eligible, a home energy audit is arranged as the next step
