Provides grants and short-term equipment loans to help pediatric patients in PEi and NS access prescribed respiratory equipment. Support may be provided through a full or partial grant to purchase prescribed equipment and/or a short-term loan of the required equipment. Referrals are accepted from the IWK Respirology team as well as other physicians to reach more vulnerable pediatric patients. Loaned equipment is professionally refurbished upon return and made available for the next child in need.
