Description:	Provides a $2,000 scholarship in partnership with Sun Life to students living with a physical disability in Epekwitk / PEI who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
Eligibility:	Applicants must be: -Students living with a physical disability PEI residents -Be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program that began in Winter 2026, or be starting a post-secondary program in Fall 2026 -Be able to participate in a nine-month mentorship program (September 2026-May 2027) with a volunteer mentor who provides guidance and support for their studies and career preparation

Documents Required:	-Completed online application form -One-page typed letter outlining why the award should be granted. May include academic achievements, motivation, initiative, extracurricular activities, challenges overcome, financial need, and other relevant information -Easter Seals PEI status: Indicate current or past participation in an Easter Seals PEI program. If not a participant, provide a letter from a physician, therapist, or social worker confirming the disability -Proof of enrollment: Documentation confirming enrollment for the Winter 2027 semester and that post-secondary studies began in Fall 2026 or Winter 2027
