Provides a complimentary bag filled with a variety of resource materials and a teddy bear for kids who have recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and their caregiver.

Breakthrough T1D Peer Support

Trained volunteers offer one-on-one peer support to adults impacted by type 1 diabetes.

Monthly webinars and Facebook support groups are also offered.

Offers care kits that provides information and resources for individuals and their families who are newly diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (T1D).

There are two types of kits:

Teen Care Kit
Adult Care Kit

Type 1 Diabetes Online Information and Resources

Provides online resources to help individuals understand and live with type 1 diabetes (T1D).
