Long-Term Care Subsidy Program Provided by: Health PEI

Helps eligible PEI residents pay for their accommodation (room and board) in an Long-term care home. Subsidy amount is based on net income from last year's tax return (Notice of Assessment provided by Canada Revenue Agency).

Lost Dog Network Provided by: Kensington Police Services

Provides assistance with lost dogs by providing temporary care for them while working to identify the owner. Dogs will be held for one day to be claimed before being transported to the PEI Humane Society.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Found Passports Provided by: Government of Canada - Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada - AKA: IRCC; CIC; Citizenship and Immigration Canada

Replacements for lost or stolen passports can be provided. Replacement of damaged passports is recommended to avoid significant delays or being denied entry at border crossings.

Lost, stolen and found passports should be reported as soon as possible.

Found passports can be returned to a passport office, a local police station, or sent in by mail.
