Online service that provides free legal information, form-filling services, and referrals in a trans-positive and inclusive space.

Law students and lawyer volunteers assist trans and gender diverse individuals with obtaining new pieces of identification. Includes:

  • Birth certificate
  • Passport
  • Driver's licence
  • Medicare card
  • SIN number
  • Newcomer documents
  • Student ID (name only)

A peer support phone service staffed by trans people for people who are trans or questioning. Provides a listening ear and support in a crisis.

Provides an opportunity to participate in gift program for individuals in the 2S/TGNBGD+ community. Members of the community and their friends and families can register to receive a gift through a platform called Throne. Steps are below:

  1. Sign up at https://throne.com or via the Throne app with your email and username (can be anonymous)
  2. Add your mailing address in settings (private, but needed for gifts)
  3. Turn on "Enable Wish List Settings". To use your Amazon list, enable "Amazon Items" and disable other surprise options
  4. Add gifts manually or import from Amazon
  5. Submit the Google registration form

2025 registration deadline: December 1st

After the registration deadline passes, wish lists will be public, but creators will remain anonymous. Community members can buy and send gifts directly to the address linked to a Throne account. All wish lists will be shared on our social media throughout December.

Provides cost assistance for travel and accommodation to eligible people who have to travel outside the Maritimes (PEI, NBk, and NS) for transplant surgery.

  • Travel: By reimbursement only. Applicants can claim up to $1,500 every six months for one round-trip by car or economy plane, bus or train ticket.
  • Accommodation: Applicants may be eligible for $2,500 per month to assist with accommodation costs. Utilities and other living expenses are not eligible.

Provides transportation for individuals with mobility, visual or hearing challenges. Details include:

  • Transportation in specially equipped vans that feature hydraulic lifts, ramps, special tie-downs and safety seat belts
  • Provides non-emergency stretcher transportation
  • Offers sightseeing tours for visitors
  • Can provide a wheelchair at no extra cost
  • Can transport patients to other Maritime provinces, NB and NS
  • Can accommodate group bookings
  • Flexible with hours and transportation locations (may be able to provide transportation outside the Maritimes and at hours outside regular times if arranged in advance)
  • Inexpensive, flat rates within the Greater Charlottetown area, mileage fees apply outside the area

Provides transportation for individuals with disabilities and older adults who are in need of affordable transportation. Transportation is in specially equipped vans that feature:

  • Hydraulic lifts
  • Ramps
  • Special tie-downs
  • Safety seat belts

Transportation can be booked to Summerside and Charlottetown for medical appointments.

Provides transportation to French language public school students who live at eligible addresses.

Provides school transportation services for children living at addresses that meet eligibility criteria. Families can use the online resources provided on the website to:
  • Search an address to find out school zone information
  • Check eligibility for transportation to school
  • Register for transportation to school and see information about bus routes and approximate pick-up and drop-off times
  • Review their child's transportation details if the child is already registered
Note: Families with children attending French language public schools must contact the French Language School Board for transportation and zoning information.
