Highland Avenue: Two bedroom apartment with 24-hour supervision.

Granville Street: Two apartment units with three bedrooms and 24-hour staff supervision. There is a common area for socialization and most residents eat their supper in the common room.

Barbara Weit Road: Rural group home with four permanent beds. One accessible bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. Some residents attend day services Monday-Friday. 24-hour staff supervision.

Court Street: Two group home units with 24-hour staff supervision.

All locations are wheelchair accessible.
