Supports Aboriginal people living in PEI in both urban and rural areas to prepare for training and employment or a return to work. The program is client-centered and based on each individual participant's career/job plan. Specific employment services can vary, but generally include:

Indigenous Justice Program

Allows Indigenous people a traditional justice system based on holistic community values and reflects the unique and cultural needs of Indigenous people. The program includes justice circles and can help Indigenous people navigate the justice system.
