Provides an hour-long online peer meeting for individuals with aphasia and other communication disabilities.

DesignAbility

Connects individuals with disabilities and volunteer builders by phone or online to design and manufacture custom assistive devices not found in the market. Assistive devices can be used to overcome barriers to work, play, personal hygiene and other daily activities.

Island Stroke Support Network

Provides volunteer-led in-person meetings for individuals who have experienced a stroke to share their experiences and connect with others who have gone through similar situations.

Post-Polio Support Groups

Provides a virtual peer support group for individuals who experienced polio and their friends, family, health care providers and volunteers. The program helps to build a social network through connecting peers for exchanging information, resources, and new skills.

Provides virtual one-on-one tech training and support to individuals with disabilities to help with digital accessibility on mobile phones and tablets.
