Group mentoring program for boys that provides information and support to help them make informed choices about a range of healthy lifestyle practices. Program includes:

Group mentoring program for girls that focuses on physical activity, balanced eating, and self-esteem. The goal of the program is to positively shape their lives by helping them build a positive self-image. Consists of seven 90 minute mentoring sessions.

Provides youth with a role model and a friend to talk to and share the experiences of growing up. Mentors and mentees meet for one hour a week and hang out or do activities together on school grounds.

A 10-week program for youth who are facing barriers in school, finding a career, or going on to post-secondary education. Helps youth gain new skills, build self-confidence, make meaningful connections and explore options for the future, includes:

Provides intermediate and high schools students in leadership classes the opportunity to spend one hour per week with a younger child at a nearby school.
