The public can report concerns or complaints about early learning centres or child care facilities.

Helps residents who want to stop smoking or using other tobacco products by covering 100% of the cost of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) products and specific smoking cessation prescription drugs. There are two options for treatment, available once a year for 6-18 weeks of treatment:

Residents of PEI can register to be on the organ and tissue donor list. This means that in the event of your death, your organs and/or tissue can be used to help someone who is on the waiting list for a transplant.

Provides cost assistance to help eligible applicants pay for approved prescription medications in cases where the cost of medication is making it difficult to pay for other life expenses.

Provides eligible applicants with full cost coverage of approved long-acting injectable antipsychotic medications.

Provides eligible applicants who have been prescribed oxygen for the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) with coverage of up to 50% of approved home oxygen expenses to a maximum of $200.00 per month.

Assists with the costs associated with approved insulin pumps and supplies.

Eligible applicants may receive up to 100% cost coverage for out-of-pocket expenses associated with purchasing approved ostomy supplies. Maximum coverage available between July 1-June 30 each year is $2,400 and is calculated based on household income.
