Provides a recovery-oriented approach to help homeless individuals quickly find permanent affordable and independent housing in the community. Also offers additional supports and services to help individuals move toward self-sufficiency and assist those who are at imminent risk of homelessness.

An independent living program for individuals who are struggling with their mental health wanting a residential experience (up to 28 days). Participants are responsible for their own laundry, cooking, and light cleaning. The program includes:
  • Attending Day Treatment Program
  • Recreation activities
  • Pharmacy education
  • Occupational therapy support
  • Life skills development (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, etc.)
  • Facilitation to a safe return to community living (linking to community supports and resources)
  • Family support groups

Provides services and supports to individuals in recovery from mental illness. Program details vary by site but generally include:
  • Psychosocial Rehabilitation through Work Order Day
  • Prevocational training
  • Employment services
  • Housing and supports
  • Wellness program
  • Social and recreational activities
Note: Clients from Kings County can apply for Charlottetown program provided they have their own transportation.
