Children under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence who, if they permanently reside in Canada and if the child meets one of the following criteria:-Is registered or eligible to be registered under the Indian Act-Has one parent or guardian who is registered or eligible to be registered under the Indian Act-Is recognized by their Nation for the purposes of Jordan's Principle-Is ordinarily resident on reserveSee website for further details.

Must meet all of the following criteria:
-Eligible income families who are supporting at least one child under the age of 19 years or supporting at least one child under the age of 25 years who is a full time student
-PEI resident
-Have a valid health card
-Have filed PEI tax returns and agreed to household income verification through Canada Revenue Agency
Assistance is based on family size and household income. See website for full details

Children in their kindergarten year * Parents with or without private insurance can access the program for their child

Parents of children up to and including age 12 years * Use the Child Care Subsidy Calculator available on the website to determine subsidy eligibility

Eligible applicants must:

-Be a resident of Epekwitk / PEI
-Be a parent or primary caregiver of one or more children under the age of 18 who live with the applicant
-Have a family net income of $80,000 or less per year
-File an income tax return every year. If the applicant has a spouse or common-law partner, they must also file an income tax return every year

Ages 3-17 years * Diagnosed with a critical illness that is currently in the life threatening stage * Has not received a prior wish from any wish-granting organization
