Eligibility is based on the number of qualified children in the family and adjusted income of the primary caregiver, including the income of a cohabiting spouse or common-law partner

A child is eligible for the CLB if they:
-Are from a low income family
-Are born on or after January 1, 2004
-Are a resident of Canada
-Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
-Are named in an RESP

Children in care, for whom a Children's Special Allowance is payable, are eligible for the CLB

The primary caregiver or their spouse or common-law partner must request the CLB on behalf of an eligible child

Individuals can participate if they:
-Are receiving a CPP disability benefit
-Are willing and able to participate in the program
-Are motivated
-Are likely to return to work through the assistance of this program

Applicants must: -Identify as Black or African descent-Be registered in an undergraduate level program in PEI-Be able to demonstrate a financial need-Can be a domestic or international student

Applicants must:
- Be students in grade 12 living with type 1 diabetes
- Plan to attend college or university in the following September
- Have an official diagnosis of type 1 diabetes
-Be receiving care for a minimum of 1 year at application deadline
-Have a valid SIN

-Diagnosed with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis by a health care professional
-Seeking a diploma or degree from a Canadian university, college or trade school
-Enrolled in or awaiting acceptance from a Canadian-based post-secondary educational institution for the fall semester
-A student who demonstrates academic aspiration and strives to sustain an optimal level of wellness, allowing them to excel to reach their goals and inspire others to do the same
