Canadian residents or permanent residents * Age 18 years or older * Be out of school for at least one year

Adults working toward their grade 12 certificate or grade 12 equivalency (GED)

Applicants must:
-Be a resident of Epekwitk / PEI
-Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
-Be 18 years or older
-Not currently enrolled in high school
- Not already have a GED
-Not have a high school certificateTo apply Prior Learning Assessment Recognition (PLAR):
-Candidates must have achieved a passing standard on a 2002 Canadian Test Series GEDT test in the same subject and/or high school or adult education course equivalents
-Candidates may also qualify to be exempt from writing a specific CAEC subject test if they can demonstrate achievement in high school credit courses.
