- Trail PassProvided by: PEI ATV FederationIssues yearly trail passes and provides a list of locations to of where purchase the pass.For:Ages 14 years and older * Have held a driver's licence for 24 months * Individuals who do not have a driver's licence must take the Off Highway Vehicle Safety Course * Individuals between the ages of 14-15 years must be accompanied by an adult * Must have government issued registration * Valid licence plate
