  1. BIPOC Mental Health Support Group Provided by: BIPOC USHR - AKA: Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour United for Strength, Home, Relationship
    Provides confidential mental health group therapy for members of the BIPOC community, in partnership with the University of Prince Edward Island and facilitated by a PhD student enrolled in UPEI's Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) Program.
  2. Provides self-led learning sessions with supportive coaching to learn skills to manage low mood, worry and stress. Participants use a series of self-selected workbooks and are supported by a trained coach over the phone.
