Service Description

Provides a 22-week paid work training program to find employment for individuals with disabilities.

First eight weeks, soft skill training is provided in person and online. Includes:
  • Resume writing
  • Mock interview
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Safe food handling
  • Conflict management
  • Digital literacy
  • Stress management
  • Customer service and more
Minimum wage will be paid up to 30 hours per week. $250 completion bonus will be provided after completing the training.

Following 14 weeks is to help participants to find a job based on their strengths, abilities and interests. While looking for a job, minimum wage will be paid up to 15 hours per week until landing a job. $500 completion bonus will be provided after completing the total 22 weeks of participation. During the program, client supports are provided. Includes:
  • $100 grocery card per week
  • Interview clothing
  • Transportation
  • Laptop
  • Personal care packages and more
