Service Description

Youth mentors provide support through digital communications to young people across Canada affected by Huntington disease.

Eligibility:

Youth in their early teens-40 years who have been affected by Huntington disease

Parent approval if under 19 years * Completed application form

Program Hours:

Hours determined by the mentees and mentors
