Service Description

Injured workers or employers who are not satisfied with a decision made by the Workers Compensation Board can ask for their appeal to be heard by the Workers Compensation Board Appeal Tribunal.

Note: Members of the Tribunal are independent of the WCB and government.

Information

Eligibility:
People who have tried the internal claims and appeals process with WCB and are still not satisfied with the outcome can appeal within 30 days of that decision being issued

File a Notice of Appeal of an Internal Reconsideration * The Office of the Worker Advisor can assist with this process
