Service Description
Caregivers can submit information about vulnerable loved ones to the police so that the information is on file if the person were to go missing or in case of an emergency.
A Vulnerable Person is defined as "a person who due to a medical, mental health, or physical condition may exhibit patterns of behavior that may pose a danger to themselves."
