Service Description

Provides eligible applicants with financial relief by cancelling their PEI provincial student loan debt if they have a severe permanent disability that prevents them from participating in post-secondary studies and the labour force for the remainder of their life.

Applicants must already have been approved to have their federal student loan debt cancelled under the Federal Severe Permanent Disability Benefit program

Documents Required:
After contacting PEI Student Financial Services, applicants will be provided with an application form to complete * Proof of approval for the Federal Severe Permanent Disability Benefit
